Company overview

Nandhini Rubber Incorporaters was established in the year 1996 with a small 3 hand operated press with an annual turnover of 1 million (INR).

Today, the company has grown into a much equipped factory with imported automatic hydraulic presses, a semi-automatic batching system and a well-equipped in-house lab. The turnover of the company has risen to 150 million (INR) and the organization chart is now well defined with trained and seasoned professionals, with years of experience in the rubber industry.

Mixing Section

Here, we design and establish critical rubber formulations for high voltage applications such as electrical resistivity, fogging resistance, oil, heat, ozone and chemical resistance at prescribed parameters as per standards and customer specific requirements . The components made out of our recipes are mainly used in automobiles, butter fly valves and chemical industries. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (C.S.R), we have designed skin rubber formulation for making artificial limbs which are supplied to various NGOs (Non-Government Organizations).

Vision & Mission

The company has a vision for the future and have defined its business plan for next 10 years. CNC machines for the tool room, cryogenic de-flashing machine, Automatic die polishing machine and injection moulding machines are major resources need identified and would be implemented in the time bound manner.

The objective of our company is to become a Tier 1 supplier to OME's of two wheelers and four wheelers segments with 30% export on total turnover value.
